With larger projects, Creative Maintenance & Design Services coordinates the work from the initial design to product selection and implementation. We provide you with professional workmanship while overseeing the project through to completion. We're not satisfied until you are!
Getting Started
Creative Maintenance & Design Services offers a variety of maintenance contracts to address customer concerns. After a contract is purchased, we make our initial visit to your home to conduct a thorough home evaluation on both the interior and exterior. This evaluation includes a visual examination of electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, painting and any other areas that may be of particular concern to you. We also discuss preventive maintenance measures. When the evaluation is completed, we prepare a written checklist to identify areas requiring immediate attention and areas you may want to address at a later date.
The home evaluation checklist serves as a guide to help you determine how to best use your contract hours. You may want to accept all or some of our suggestions. Your contract hours can also be used for any of the items listed on our Services Guide or can be customized for that special work you have in mind.
Contract Options
To most effectively and efficiently serve our clients, we offer both a 48-hour and a 24-hour maintenance contract. These contract hours can be applied to numerous services that enable us to provide you with fast answers and quick solutions to your maintenance concerns.
Our 48-Hour Maintenance Contract provides 48 hours of labor to be used during a 12-month period. As the holder of a 48-hour contract, you receive a 10 percent discount on all estimates up to, but not to exceed, the value of your maintenance contract.
Our 24-Hour Maintenance Contract includes 24 hours of labor to be used during a 12-month period. As the holder of a 24-hour contract, you receive a 5 percent discount on all estimates up to, but not to exceed, the value of your maintenance contract.
All of our services are also available to non-contract customers on a time and material basis.

Creative Maintenance & Design Services, Inc. is proud to announce that for the second consecutive year we were awarded the "Achievements in Excellence Award".
We received this year's award in the category of "Best Renovation - $30,000 - $75,000". The award was presented by the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Remodelors Council at their awards ceremony January 22, 2000.
The Achievements in Excellence awards recognize remodeling contractors for their excellence in craftsmanship and design. The panel of judges consisted of experts from the remodeling industry and associated fields. Entries were judged on problem solving, serviceability, aesthetics/design, craftsmanship, innovation, and use of materials and degree of difficulty.
We take great pride in the project that gave us this year's 2000 Achievements In Excellence Award. Our project was an exterior renovation on a residential home. The exterior of this home lost it's character over the years. It was the customers' desire to return the exterior of their home back to its intended image. We revived every area of the exterior of the house from installing a new roof to creating a veranda on the front of the house.
